My Approach

I’m professional and consistent in my presence. I bring structure and systems through over 10 years of PM and operations experience. Yet, as a poet, I know what it is to lead from intuition.

For my entire career, I've been gaining experience across different industries and working environments. I've been in the room when budgets are tight and cuts are being made, through the integration of AI into the workplace. I've been witness to the stress of start-ups and the doubts of entrepreneurs and writers. I've held space for CEOs feeling the pressure and for companies that see the need for change, but are afraid to start.

I've seen the real, uncomfortable sides of the transitions that occur in business and how this impacts our personal worlds. I've seen the real people behind what's expected of them and their roles. The real human.

As a late-diagnosed neurodivergent woman, I learned the importance of looking at the human side of business and adapting. I learned how to make decisions under pressure through entrepreneurship. I learned to pivot and adapt while navigating debt and building my way back out. As an avid journaler and poet, I learned the importance of listening to my own voice amid noise, and through over 15 years in therapy, the importance of listening to outside perspectives from those you trust.

Being a good leader isn't about being perfect, but about being human and recognising the humanness of others. It's about being rooted in your values, what you, your team, your company believes is important, despite whatever winds are blowing at you.

My way of working is unique

Not a coach. Not a therapist. Not a consultant.

The work of Uncomfortably, Beautifully Human is for the founders, CEOs, values-led organisations and creatives navigating the uncertainty of change. The ones who are wearing lots of hats, figuring things out and who refuse to compromise their integrity whilst building something sustainable and aligned.

What they need before anything else is to feel seen and heard. That's where we start.

I sit with you through decision-making processes to help you prioritise and take action on what's important. I bring structure to complexity and change by connecting human emotional and operational needs, so that acting without certainty becomes possible.

This work is rooted in my own experiences and focused on helping individuals and organisations move through change without losing their mind or momentum through partnership.

If this resonates with you, you can receive a free personalised audit using the link below where I will provide you with practical resources and feedback based on your specific situation.

A natural philosophy.

The philosophy behind this work is similar to a tree or plant. The seed holds the blueprint. The roots anchor us and gather the unseen nutrients. The trunk provides stability and transfers energy between root and surface. The branches represent direction and expansion. The leaves gather external inputs. We work in seasons, and let those seasons shape structure and pace.

This is why I built Thought & Support Partnership, to give you someone who can support you both practically and emotionally, through whatever transition you're navigating and whatever season you or your business is in.

How we’ll work together

This is different from coaching, advisory or consulting.

I'm like a silent business or thinking partner, here for the reality of what you're navigating.

I work with you in real time. Whether that's supporting your retention and acquisition processes, discussing strategy to help with revenue or company-wide aspirations, balancing work and being a parent, publishing a book while your relationship is ending, getting out of debt while focusing on your projects.

Through confusion, chaos and the inevitable messy nature of life and business, not to push you to the other side, but to stay with you, your business, and your clients. This is about feeling like yourself again with someone in the room, who's not only witnessing the process, but being an active participant in the process.

I don't provide you with a framework to follow, but adapt to the unique needs you are experiencing and share with you the tools and resources that ensure you have what you need at each step. This is not about moving in a linear, straightforward direction, but about adapting to change and responding to the environment.

I can't do this for you as a replacement for a team member and their tasks, but I can do this with you, supporting you or the organisation as a whole. I also don't provide therapy, but instead provide intuitively guided conversation and questions that lead to real-time answers and action.

The tools we'll use.

I use tools such as intuitive questioning, poetry, journaling, and language to access what's beneath the surface, how you want to feel and what you want to see during this transition, helping your actions be guided from an inner awareness of yourself, your business, and the structure it exists inside.

This is not about changing who you are, but letting who you are guide what you want to do and how you need to do it.

We begin with the parts of your business that are non-negotiable, like your values. We then consider the everyday tasks, services, and departments that you or your business operate. We explore the personalities inside the business or yourself, what makes you unique and distinct. And then the sides of you or your business that bring you joy.
