    The Hub of Hope

    The Hub of Hope is the UK’s leading mental health support database. It is provided by national mental health charity, Chasing the Stigma, and brings local, national, peer, community, charity, private and NHS mental health support and services together in one place for the first time.

    The Herren Project Online Support Groups

    Herren Project hosts live online support groups for families and loved ones affected by drug or alcohol addiction. Support groups meet weekly via Zoom and are offered at no cost, thanks to donations. All you need is a computer or phone to join.

  • Running Ibiza - Free Saturday Morning Running Group

  • New Leaf Recovery & Wellbeing College

    At the college, we offer hope for the future despite life’s challenges. We also offer opportunities, including opportunities to learn from other students' experiences and equip students with the skills to make changes to support their well-being. The college is not somewhere to obtain qualifications but to learn self-management and personal development.

  • Creative Mornings Virtual Field Trips

    Every month Field Trips host thousands of heart-centered humans from around the world to share, learn, and create together. We make crafts, learn SEO, reflect on our habits, imagine new worlds, and more. Virtual Fieldtrips are free on behalf of Creative Mornings.

  • SMART Recovery

    SMART is a registered charity which promotes choice in recovery through a national network of free mutual-aid meetings and online training programmes with comprehensive teaching materials and manuals.

  • Samaritans

    A free confidential service, available 24/7, for anyone who’s struggling to cope, who needs someone to listen without judgement or pressure. Samaritans is not only for the moment of crisis, we’re taking action to prevent the crisis.

    We give people ways to cope and the skills to be there for others. And we encourage, promote and celebrate those moments of connection between people that can save lives.

    We offer listening and support to people and communities in times of need.
